After a 25 year career as a corporate executive, Erica shifted her focus to community engagement and education. She and her husband introduced Flour Power Cooking Studios to their area, combining their passion for food, cooking and hands on learning. They believe cooking is a foundation for developing essential skills, from reading and math to fine motor coordination, while also inspiring creativity and confidence.
