Evidence Of Learning
Students will: Develop a food product for the teen market; Write a market analysis, competitive analysis, and product summary; Propose marketing, sales and pricing strategies; Create packaging for a final product and market it to a real audience.
Instructor
Mark Toci
Dr. Mark Toci, an award-winning educator since 1992, co-founded the Centre Learning Community Charter School in 1998 near State College, PA, where he pioneered project-based middle school education. With a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems from Penn State, his focus is systemic change and project-based learning. After 26 years as head teacher, Dr. Toci now helps educators create meaningful learning environments.
